John Martino is a Senior Operational Excellence Leader with extensive Lean Six Sigma experience. His progressive career has been achieved through varied industries of aerospace, consumer products, medical devices, telecommunications, healthcare, security & protection services, and construction. He has operated in diverse environments of manufacturing, operations, distribution, customer service, supply chain, quality assurance, engineering, sales & marketing, IT, finance, and HR.
He is a dynamic change agent with a passion for developing people and creating customer value. John is a key consultant, architect, and leader in Lean Six Sigma deployments saving over $100M in cost savings and margin growth. He has trained and coached over 1000 associates increasing team's productivity by more than 30%. John is a hands-on leader who quickly gains support through demonstrated results at all levels of the organization.
John brings more than 25 years of experience with proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive Lean Six Sigma and Quality improvement programs to improve critical business process performance in Fortune 100 companies. He is capable of new deployment or revitalizing existing programs. John is a visionary team builder and critical thinker who raises the bar on performance and seamlessly integrates improvement methodologies into a strategic business process advantage.
John is a certified Master Black Belt from Johnson & Johnson, a certified Black Belt & Lean Enterprise Expert from AlliedSignal/Honeywell, and a certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from the American Society of Quality. John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Systems from the University of Central Florida.
